More than ever before, consumers use technology to make their lives easier, and student loan borrowers are no exception. Andrea is part of the team that provides Navient's customers with great online tools, helping them get in, get out, and get on with their lives.
The team is constantly evolving our customer website, through both small and large enhancements. Andrea notes the team focuses a lot on convenience and accessibility. She says, "We study which pages our customers visit most, and the paths they take to get there. An example is the content on our site that explains and compares different repayment plans. We know customers access this information all the time. So we put that and other popular resources front and center on the site."

"So many of our customers access their accounts through their phones and tablets," she says. "Offering mobile-friendly tools is key, as more people want to manage their accounts on the go."
