SLC Student Loan Trusts

Trusts are segregated by issuance year. To view Historical Reports and Issue Details for a specific trust, select the year it was issued in the drop-down menu. Note that trusts issued prior to May 2014 and included in the discussion of the Navient Student Loan Trusts on this website, are designated as “SLM” Student Loan Trusts.

The SLC Trusts are the securitizations of The Student Loan Corporation, now a subsidiary of Discover Bank. Navient purchased the SLC Trust certificates and assumed servicing responsibilities in December, 2010.

The asset-backed securities issued by the Trusts do not represent interests in or obligations of, and are not guaranteed or insured by, SLC, Navient, or Navient Corp. The asset-backed securities issued by SLC Student Loan Trusts listed herein are registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and all are subject to federal and state income taxes. The asset-backed securities issued by a SLC Student Loan Trust listed herein are described in a Prospectus and Prospectus Supplement containing information about the terms and conditions of the asset-backed securities, financial characteristics, and servicing information related to the underlying student loan assets, trading information about the asset-backed securities, and other issuance details.
